Terms and conditions

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Rows for You (hereinafter referred to as "Rows for You", "we", "us", or "our") to its clients (hereinafter referred to as "client" or "you").

1.2 By using the services of Rows for You, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services

2.1 Rows for You offers virtual assistance, administrative support, event production, marketing services, personal assistance, and other related services as described on our website or in a written agreement.

2.2 The specific services and corresponding rates will be agreed upon in advance through a written agreement or quotation.

2.3 Rows for You reserves the right to modify its services at any time, but will inform the client in a timely manner of such changes.

3. Agreement and Payment

3.1 All services are provided based on a written agreement outlining the hourly rate or package price. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms.

3.2 Payments are due within 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 In case of late payment, Rows for You reserves the right to suspend services until full payment is received.

3.4 All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

4. Working Hours and Availability

4.1 The working hours of Rows for You will be agreed upon with the client in advance, depending on the nature of the services. These will be recorded in the service agreement.

4.2 Rows for You is available via email, phone, or other agreed communication methods. The client may contact us during the agreed working hours for support and inquiries.

4.3 Communication outside of agreed working hours will be responded to by mutual arrangement.

5. Client Obligations

5.1 The client is required to provide all necessary information to Rows for You in a timely manner to ensure proper execution of the services.

5.2 The client is responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents provided.

5.3 The client must grant access to necessary systems and software if required for the provision of services.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

6.1 Rows for You respects the privacy of its clients and will treat all information provided as confidential. Data will only be used for the performance of services.

6.2 Rows for You will not disclose any confidential client information to third parties unless necessary for the execution of the agreement or required by law.

6.3 The client has the right to request access to the personal data held about them.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All materials, documents, reports, and other products created by Rows for You remain the property of Rows for You unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.2 The client retains ownership of their own intellectual property.

8. Cancellations and Changes

8.1 If the client wishes to cancel an assignment, this must be communicated in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. If canceled later, Rows for You reserves the right to charge for the reserved time.

8.2 If the client wishes to make changes to the assignment or services, both parties must confirm the changes in writing. Changes may incur additional costs depending on their nature.

9. Liability

9.1 Rows for You will perform its services to the best of its ability and with due care, but cannot be held liable for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

9.2 The liability of Rows for You is limited at all times to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service in the month prior to the incident.

9.3 Rows for You is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, or data loss.

10. Duration and Termination of Agreement

10.1 The agreement between Rows for You and the client becomes effective upon the signing or approval of the quotation and remains in force until the agreed services have been completed, unless otherwise agreed.

10.2 Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with one month's notice, unless otherwise agreed.

10.3 Upon termination, the client is obligated to settle all outstanding payments.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 Rows for You is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, illness, or failures in communication and computer systems.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

12.2 In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in [city, e.g. Amsterdam].

13. Final Provisions

13.1 Rows for You reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The amended terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the website or otherwise communicated to the client.

13.2 If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
